Our one bedroom apartments offer a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience, ensuring a peaceful retreat for residents 55 and older. We pride ourselves on providing affordable apartment living. Our goal is to create a community where residents feel at home, offering affordable rents, energy efficient apartments and professional management. Applicants must income qualify to live at Westlake Estates.

Currently we are only building a wait list, applications will not be processed until Spring 2025. Apartments will be assigned in order of completed and approved applications. To be added to our waitlist please email westlakeestates@macoapts.com . Applications will be given to people on the wait list first.
